Based on the size of the product， your order must ship with a 3rd party freight carrier. The trucking company will call to set a date and time frame for delivery; you are responsible for the hand-off loading the product from the end of the truck， curbside. Shipment is unsafe for lift-gate; the product is shipped unassembled and the individual pieces weigh no more than 20-25 lbs. so that they can be easily managed during hand-off loading; you may choose "Pick Up In Store" if you prefer to have your order shipped to your local Home Depot store
