Top Board Cap and Bottom Support Bar kits are members of the Euro style composite/aluminum fence sections. The top (Groove) and bottom (Tongue) frame are able to receive the boards and keep the fence section level and square. Strong and light weight， the top and bottom frame slides into the post channels， securing the fence section together. Minimal maintenance required to sustain the products rich appearance.
