The Nitty Gritty Roller Sponge Mop has a tough green surface to help lift the dirt away. The scrub mop head is easy to change; just push the wringer on the mop forward， the old sponge pops out， and you slide on a new sponge in its place. Once the sponge is attached to the metal hook， slowly pull the wringer handle back and it will snap into place. It's always a good idea to keep a couple extra mop replacement heads on hand at all times， or to avoid cross contamination mopping different rooms such as your bathroom and kitchen. This mop head fits into most mop buckets.
