Coolguard is a powerful， high performance 100% acrylic elastomeric roof sealer that uses Thermaflex technology to significantly reduce interior temperatures. The Thermaflex formula contains tiny insulating micro-spheres that dramatically increase in size as the temperature of the sealer rises， which prevents heat from being absorbed by the surface. This single-component acrylic urethane product reflects UV rays to reduce heat and provides a single monolithic layer that waterproofs and insulates the surface. It applies and dries ultra-white.
May be applied with roller， brush， squeegee or sprayer
Covers approximately 50 sq. ft. per gallon (250 sq. ft. per pail)
For previously coated roofs， concrete/masonry， metal， rubberrized asphalt， rubberrized mastic， trailers and wood
Dry to touch: 1 hour; Dry to recoat: 24 hours
