Installs on the 3/4-inch main water line at the point of entry. This filter housing features stainless steel reinforced inlet/outlet and cap for added durability and is designed with a convenient built-in bypass valve to stop the water flow through the housing at cartridge change time. A filter life indicator is built into the filter head which alerts you when you need to change your filter cartridge. For ease of cartridge change， a housing wrench is included.

Standard duty Whole House Water Filter System ideal for residential homes ensures your family has clean， fresh water throughout the house. The point-of-entry filter system helps to protect your pipes and water using appliances from sediment build-up.

WQA/IAMPO Tested and Certified for structural integrity. Reduces Silt， Sediment， Scale， Sand， Rust， Fine Sand， Extra Fine Sand， Coarse Sand with a 5 micron rating for extra fine sediment particles.

Filter lasts up to 2 months or 8，000 gallons with P5 filter cartridge， depending on usage and water conditions. Flow rate of 4 pgm.

Filter housing is designed with a convenient valve-in-head bypass lever for easy cartridge change， filter life timer， and stainless steel re-inforced 3/4" inlet/out and housing rim. Clear filter housing allows easy monitoring of cartridge life.
