The Pin Oak is a fast-growing， strong evergreen with glossy， dark green foliage that turns various shades of russet， bronze， and red in the fall months. Pin Oaks have a pyramidal shape and can grow up to 60 ft. -70 ft. H and 25 ft. - 40 ft. W. Like many other oak varieties， Pins need ample room to grow， but given room they will provide your yard with lots of shade during the hot days of Summer. They are hardy in Zones 4-8.
